This blog is about Internet marketing, on it I’ll share the insights I’ve gained from the success I’ve had (and the mistakes I’ve made) marketing on the Internet. My first experience of Internet marketing was in 1996 working for one of the UK’s first Internet Service Providers. In those days Google didn’t even exist, Netscape was the leading web browser and we hadn’t even had the dot com mania, let alone the crash.

Things have changed since then, Google has gone from a research project at Stanford Uni to being the leading search engine, while few of us remember the search engines that were around in 1996. Some crazy business models have come and gone. Internet marketing has moved on from CPM banner advertisements to sophisticated PPC sevices. Online affiliate marketing has taken off, email marketing has evolved as a consequence of spam and SEO has changed considerably. Keeping up with it all is a full time job in itself!

So that’s how this site, this blog and I will help you. I’ll share with you the tips, advice and expertise I’ve gained over the last 12 years to help you improve your Internet marketing.
